How do I view copies of my cleared checks?
Cleared checks can be viewed through Home Banking. We will also provide a copy of a cleared check at your request for a minimal fee.
My bank says my checking account is free. Why do you charge a $3.00 monthly service fee?
Many other institutions have hidden fees that can make your “free” checking account cost more than you think. With Les Bois CU, you can avoid paying any monthly service fees just by keeping a minimum balance of $100. We offer many other services at lower costs than most banks as well—giving our members even more opportunities to save money.
I already have a checking account elsewhere. Isn’t it hard to switch?
We will assist you in transferring your account, including any direct deposits or automatic vendor payments.
